Processing is carried out in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Belarus No. 99-Z «On Personal Data Protection». Depending on how you use MyPlace, we may process: • Account data: name, email address, profile photo, account type (client or owner), account status, and records of consent to this policy and the terms of service. • Saved consumer activity (when signed in): favorite catalog items, followed businesses, and request/cart-style lists you save in the app. • Messaging: text messages and images you send in conversations with businesses. • Reviews: rating, comment, optional images, display name. • Business listings (owners): business name, description, address, contact details, images, services, and products. • Support messages: email, message text, optional file attachments, and related metadata when you contact support. • Content reports: reason, optional details, and the reported item or user when you use Report. • Moderation and safety signals: automated scores or flags for prohibited content (including adult / pornographic material), and related enforcement actions. • Technical data: IP address, browser type, session cookies required for authentication, and optional analytics cookies (only with your cookie consent). Some favorites, follows, or similar preferences may also be stored temporarily in your browser (local storage) before or without syncing to your account.

We process personal data to: • Create and manage your account, including account type (client or owner). • Sync and show your favorites, follows, and saved requests across devices when you are signed in. • Enable messaging between clients and businesses. • Display catalog listings, reviews, and public business pages. • Detect, block, and remove prohibited content (including pornography, 18+ sexual materials, and other content banned under Belarus law and our terms) before or after publication. • Provide customer support and handle contact-form submissions. • Review reports of inappropriate content submitted through in-app reporting. • Improve security, prevent abuse, and comply with lawful requests of competent authorities of the Republic of Belarus. Processing is based on your consent (at registration), performance of the user agreement, and legitimate interests where applicable under the Law of the Republic of Belarus No. 99-Z «On Personal Data Protection».

We use trusted service providers that may process data on our behalf: • Supabase — authentication, database, and file storage. • Google — optional sign-in via Google OAuth. • Vercel — web application hosting. • An external or self-hosted moderation provider — automated text and image moderation when this feature is enabled (including checks aimed at blocking adult / NSFW content). These providers process data only as needed to deliver the service and under appropriate agreements. Some providers may process data outside the Republic of Belarus; by using the service and submitting content, you acknowledge this cross-border processing where required to provide MyPlace and to enforce content safety rules.

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service. After you delete your account in Profile settings, data is removed or anonymized within a reasonable period, except where longer retention is required by law, for dispute resolution, or to document moderation and enforcement related to prohibited content.

Under Belarus law you have the right to: • Know what personal data we process about you. • Request correction of inaccurate data. • Withdraw consent to processing (where processing is consent-based). • Request deletion of your data, subject to legal exceptions.
