Terms of Service

The MyPlace service is provided by the individual Radionov Radomir Nikolaevich, correspondence address: Republic of Belarus, Mogilev, email: radomir.radionov26@gmail.com (the «operator», «we»). These terms apply to all users of MyPlace in the Republic of Belarus and elsewhere, and are governed by the laws of the Republic of Belarus.

MyPlace is an online platform for lawful local businesses: owners create public pages with services and products, and clients discover them in the catalog, leave reviews, and chat. MyPlace is free for users. There are no paid subscriptions or in-app plans. The only way to financially support the operator is a voluntary donation on the support page (see section 7). MyPlace is intended only for ordinary commercial and consumer activity that complies with the laws of the Republic of Belarus. It is not a dating, adult, erotic, or entertainment platform for sexual content. MyPlace is an information intermediary. We are not a party to deals between clients and businesses, we do not collect payment for business services, and we do not guarantee the quality of services provided by platform users.

Some features require registration. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for actions taken through your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us at radomir.radionov26@gmail.com.

MyPlace has a zero-tolerance policy for adult and illegal content. You must not create, upload, publish, link to, advertise, offer, request, or send through MyPlace (including business pages, services, products, portfolio images, reviews, profile data, chat, or any other field) any of the following: • pornography, erotic or pornographic materials, nude or sexually explicit images or video, or any «18+» / NSFW sexual content; • sexual services, escort, intimate massage of a sexual nature, webcam / OnlyFans-style offers, or any other paid or unpaid sexual activity; • content involving sexual exploitation of minors, or any sexualization of persons under 18 (absolute ban); • spam, fraud, phishing, or deceptive offers; • obscene language in public titles, descriptions, reviews, or messages; • insults, threats, harassment, or hate speech; • illegal goods or services under the laws of the Republic of Belarus (including drugs, weapons where prohibited, and other banned items); • materials that infringe third-party rights (copyright, trademark, privacy, and similar); • any other content that violates the laws of the Republic of Belarus or these terms. If you post or attempt to post such content, you may face account restriction or permanent ban, removal of content, and reporting to competent authorities where required by law. You alone are responsible for legal consequences of publishing prohibited content; the operator may take all measures needed to protect the service and comply with Belarus law. You retain rights to lawful content you publish and grant the operator a non-exclusive license to host, moderate, display, and remove it as needed to operate the service.

We may use automated filters and manual review to check text and images before or after publication. We may refuse to publish, remove, or hide content without prior notice when we reasonably believe it violates these terms or Belarus law. We may hide business pages, restrict features, or permanently block accounts for violations, repeated attempts to upload prohibited content, user reports (Report button), or lawful requests from competent authorities of the Republic of Belarus. Users must use the Report function for suspected prohibited content. Decisions are made by the operator within a reasonable time. When possible, we will notify you by account email if access is restricted.

By using MyPlace you confirm that your activity on the platform complies with the legislation of the Republic of Belarus, including rules on information, advertising, consumer protection, and personal data. Business owners are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of their listings, images, and offered services. Clients are responsible for reviews and messages they send. You agree not to use MyPlace in a way that creates legal risk for the operator or other users. If your content causes claims, fines, or proceedings against the operator, you may be required to compensate related losses to the extent permitted by law.

MyPlace does not sell subscriptions. On the support page we may list bank card or other details for voluntary donations to support hosting, development, and community support. A donation is voluntary and is not payment for a service, subscription, or product. It does not grant special rights, premium features, or priority in the app. Donations are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing with the operator.

The service is provided «as is». We aim for reliable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The operator is not liable for losses from deals between users, for third-party content that users publish in breach of these terms, or for user actions outside the platform, except where liability cannot be limited under the laws of the Republic of Belarus. Nothing in these terms limits liability for willful misconduct where such limitation is prohibited by law.

We may update these terms. The current version is published on this page. Continued use after changes are published means you accept the new version unless the law requires otherwise.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Belarus. Disputes are resolved under Belarus law and, where applicable, by the competent courts of the Republic of Belarus, unless mandatory rules provide otherwise.
